PEGA System Architect - German Speaking (Remote)

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of PEGA solutions for major German banks, shaping the PEGA practice within a growing consulting team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, architect robust PEGA applications, and ensure quality through testing and deployment. Remote work with a focus on German-speaking clients offers broad impact and ongoing optimization of BPM, case management, and integration. You will drive technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable PEGA platforms.

• Design and implement PEGA solutions
• Gather requirements with stakeholders to define project scope
• Develop and maintain PEGA applications
• Test and deploy PEGA solutions
• Provide ongoing user support for PEGA implementations

• 5+ years of PEGA development experience
• Experience with Pega Integration Wizard
• Strong object-oriented programming and design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German
• Experience with unit tests, integration tests and defect handling
