In this role you drive finance transformation for prospects and customers, partnering with the extended sales team to accelerate subscription and services growth. You own high‑level solution design and demonstrate the platform’s transformational value during complex pre‑sales cycles. You collaborate with executives and project leads to architect end‑to‑end financial solutions, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery aligned with best practices. You lead design decisions and workshops, guiding customers through digital transformation and value‑driven roadmaps.

- Challenge partners and customers to adopt digital transformation over legacy approaches
- 7+ years of functional FIN software experience
- 4+ years in implementation consulting or pre‑sales solution architecture
- Deep knowledge of Workday Financials and AI/ML features (automated ledger entries, anomaly detection, predictive analytics)
- Fluent in English and German
- Strategic advisory capability to CFOs and global organizations
- Experience supporting sales cycles and scoping complex deployments
- Ability to collaborate with system integrators and challenge proposed designs
- Strong executive communication and risk management skills
