(Senior/Lead) Implementation Consultant - German speaking

In this role you guide Sprinklr customers through onboarding and value realization by delivering tailored platform deployments. You sit at the intersection of business needs and the Sprinklr solution, ensuring effective configuration, best-practice use, and ongoing success. You act as the primary client contact, manage relationships, and support platform performance and enhancements. You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable configurations and outcomes. You will contribute to digital transformation journeys for enterprise clients and enable scalable, trusted customer experiences.

• Lead end-to-end Sprinklr projects: analyze, specify, design, configure, test, train, and establish support procedures
• Bridge business needs and Sprinklr by driving discovery and gathering requirements
• Provide social insights and recommendations to support client practices
• Design and configure Sprinklr to meet use cases and functionality expectations
• Identify and address customer process pain points and best-practice gaps
• Diagnose client issues and manage day-to-day relationships
• Ensure proper training for all client users in a timely manner
• Build trust with client champions and anticipate future needs
• Support new business growth with the Sales team
• Develop practice assets, blogs, and participate in industry events
• Apply Sprinklr methodology and leading practices across work

• Experience in enterprise software, digital, or social account management or implementation
• Fluency in German and English essential
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients
• Prior consulting experience or experience in larger enterprise environments
• Experience defining business and systems strategy, requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures under deadlines
• Ability to motivate resources and manage without direct reporting lines
• Passion for the social media technology space
• Customer-success orientation with excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and web technologies
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually
