Agency Operation Manager, German Speaking - TikTok LIVE - Munich

In this role, you will build strategic, long-term relationships with live-streaming agencies to drive growth and quality across TikTok LIVE ecosystems. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, contribute to policies and education tools for agencies, and guide a portfolio of partners on operational excellence. You’ll provide strategic advice on content variety and quality while supporting a high-growth, global Creator economy environment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role that shapes how agencies collaborate with a leading live-streaming platform.

• Identify and establish potential cooperations with agencies, MCNs and organisations focused on live-streaming
• Manage internal and cross-functional projects across the live-streaming agency ecosystem
• Support creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms with cross-functional teams
• Guide the existing agency portfolio on education, training and shared operational services
• Provide strategic guidance to agencies on content variety and quality

• 5 years experience related to live-streaming or entertainment industry
• A kind team player with strong intercultural communication skills
• Results-driven with strong data analysis skills in a high-growth environment
• Fluency in German and English to manage local agency markets
