As an Operations Manager in Munich, you will lead end-to-end logistics performance for the German market, collaborating with local carriers, warehouses, and regional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and scale. You will optimize processes, cost structures, and service levels while managing external partners and driving improvements. The role supports market launches and operational setup, shaping a data-driven logistics footprint for a fast-growing platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to mitigate risks and deliver measurable impact.

• Lead day-to-day logistics operations in Munich ensuring service quality and scalability
• Manage relationships with carriers, warehouses, and partners; monitor performance and drive improvements
• Optimize processes, costs, and service levels (lead time, delivery success rate, damage rate)
• Coordinate with regional and central teams on planning, capacity, and strategy
• Support new market initiatives, product launches, and Munich operational setup
• Track and analyze key KPIs; provide reporting and actionable insights
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans
• Manage local vendors and support contract negotiation and performance management

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management (e-commerce or parcel delivery preferred)
• Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, carrier management, and operational planning
• Proven experience in managing external partners and driving operational performance
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
