Solution Architect (German Speaking)

Overview

In this role you implement Hawk’s AML and fraud detection solutions for clients, guiding onboarding and integration with their systems. You’ll work with Customer Success to tailor configurations, support testing, and enable go-lives. You help clients move from setup to operations, ensuring smooth deployments and measurable risk-management improvements. You will collaborate across product, success, and client teams to drive successful implementations in a fast-growing fintech environment. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on clients’ compliance programs.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Collaborate with clients to assess needs and understand business processes
Configure and customize Hawk solutions to client requirements
Lead technical deployment and ensure seamless integration with client systems
Support rigorous testing and troubleshooting for performance
Develop and deliver client training and build training materials
Serve as primary contact for implementation inquiries and support
Plan, coordinate, and manage implementation projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget
Document project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Management and Development to collect client feedback
Work with Customer Success to streamline implementation and drive go-lives

Zentrale Anforderungen

4+ years in Solution Consulting, Implementation/Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Product Management, or Customer Success in a B2B setting
Prior experience in banking or financial industry
Strong ability to structure complex integration challenges and manage stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management
Ability to multitask and thrive in dynamic environments
Strong grasp of technical and business concepts
Experience with compliance, AML, and Fraud is advantageous
