Lead Technical Consultant (ECM Solutions)

In this role you help enterprise customers design, implement, and migrate OpenText Content Management solutions, guiding digital transformation and cloud migration. You collaborate with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Sales to deliver end-to-end, AI-enabled solutions. You’ll translate business needs into architecture and roadmaps, support technical workshops, and share best practices. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team delivering measurable value through cloud and AI-driven content management.

• Advise on design, implementation, modernization, and migration of OpenText Content Management solutions
• Conduct requirements analysis and evaluate business processes to identify optimal solutions
• Develop solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical documentation
• Support pre-sales activities, technical workshops, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Provide guidance on industry best practices and content management strategies
• Assist with technical escalations and collaborate with customers to drive successful outcomes
• Contribute to innovative cloud and AI-driven solutions delivering business value

• 3+ years of experience as a Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar customer-facing role
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies
• Strong technical knowledge of Java, XML, JSON, Python, SQL, and application servers
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies: prompt engineering, Large Language Models, multi-agent architectures, vector databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
• Professional fluency in German and English
