Verantwortungsbereiche

Guide the development of complex digital products from discovery through delivery
Identify, validate, and prioritize user and business opportunities with Product Management and Engineering
Shape product strategy and support data-driven decisions
Mentor and advance UX methods and governance across the organization
Grow UX talent through coaching, design reviews, and recruiting
Evaluate and integrate modern technologies such as AI and Conversational AI to improve processes and product development

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or User Research for digital products
Strong experience in Product Discovery and Continuous Discovery
Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering
Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in coaching and mentoring other designers
Ideally knowledgeable in Opportunity Solution Trees, Jobs-to-be-Done, Experimentation, AI-powered Experiences, Conversational Interfaces, Design Systems, and UX Governance
