YOUR IMPACT:

• Weiterentwicklung und Förderung unseres Münchener Boutique-Teams in den Bereichen Fashion Expertise und Client Experience
• Konzeption und Durchführung inspirierender, individueller Learning Sessions und Team-Coachings, die auf die Bedürfnisse und strategischen Prioritäten der Boutique abgestimmt sind
• Begleitung eines erfolgreichen Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitender in der Boutique
• Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainingsformaten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fashion Training Team
• Förderung des Austauschs von Best Practices innerhalb der Europe Learning Community sowie aktive Mitgestaltung einer nachhaltigen Lernkultur
• Unterstützung bei strategischen Initiativen und Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung einer außergewöhnlichen Client Experience

YOUR PROFILE:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Luxus-Retail-Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, andere zu inspirieren und für neue Perspektiven zu begeistern
• Analytische und kund:innenorientierte Denkweise mit einem guten Gespür für Business-Zusammenhänge
• Proaktive und organisierte Persönlichkeit, gepaart mit digitaler Affinität und sicherem Umgang mit MS Office
• Reisebereitschaft (gelegentlich)
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
