Financial Services Legal Consultant

We are hiring Financial Services Legal Consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general banking, regulatory compliance, or banking finance areas.
• In‑house legal experience preferred (directly or as a secondee) but not essential.
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, providing commercially tailored advice.

Responsibilities

• Work with and advise business clients directly, providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to banking matters.
• Support legal matters, including legal/regulatory advice and contract drafting/reviewing across the spectrum of practice areas within investment banks.
• Analyze new business initiatives and new products/services from a legal perspective when required.
• Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with domestic and international legal requirements, promoting compliance culture and awareness within the business.
