Your Responsibilities

You independently provide practical legal advice to the business departments and management of Vantage Towers in Germany on commercial, contract, lease, and property law issues, particularly in connection with business relationships with our customers, landlords, and suppliers

Youdraft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with customers and landlords, including master services agreements, individual contracts, amendments, and addenda, ensuring an appropriate balance between risk mitigation and commercial objectives

You support Commercial, Deployment, Operations , and other business units as a solution-oriented business partner, developing legally compliant, pragmatic, and commercially viable contractual solutions

You identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks in existing and new contractual relationships, and prepare clear recommendations for action for management

You assist in preventing and resolving disputes arising from customer and partner contracts, enforce valid claims, and develop negotiation-oriented resolution strategies

You develop and optimize contract standards , templates, clause libraries, and internal processes, and coordinate external law firms as well as alignment with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Your Profile

• German Law degree (first and second state exam) with significant experience gained in-house and/or at a leading law firm

Comprehensive and successful breadth and depth of experience in dealing with customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders

Solid commercial understanding and a proven ability to influence and persuade across diverse business environments

Expert knowledge in contract and commercial law

Strong negotiation skills with (potential) customers and external organizations

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and German, with high immediate impact and the ability to synthesize complex matters
