Legal Counsel, Payments & Fintech US Legal (Fully Remote)

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with payment service providers, acquirers, card networks, and strategic partners.
• Advise on end-to-end payment processing, regulatory compliance, and market expansion initiatives.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in payments, fintech, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the United States with at least 5 years of legal experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Demonstrated expertise in payment systems, U.S. and international regulatory frameworks, and commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
