• Act as the voice of a premium used-car platform and support private prospective buyers by phone and email
• Convince customers through strong negotiation skills
• Guide the entire purchase process from the first inquiry to a successful closing
• Sell add-on services such as extended warranties and financing to increase earnings

Requirements

• Passionate salesperson with high self-motivation
• Experience in customer service or telesales is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a confident presence
• Enjoy working in a team and direct customer contact
• Fluent German, both written and spoken - additional languages are a plus
