You lead the international sales unit for ELA Container, shaping strategy and driving performance across markets. You will own results, KPIs, and a high-performing sales team while expanding key international focus markets. You’ll align sales with marketing and production, turning market insights into growth. • Define and execute a growth-focused sales strategy for international markets
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI-based performance reporting to leadership
• Expand international focus markets with tailored go-to-market plans
• Lead and develop the sales organization through target setting, coaching, and clear communication
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and capture market insights for product development
• Coordinate closely with marketing, production, and production management to ensure aligned go-to-market efforts
• Drive achievement of revenue, growth, and market-share targets across regions

• Several years of management experience with a focus on international sales
• Industry experience in modular construction or construction is desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Business fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP desirable
