Life Cycle Engineer (f/m/d) / Fleet Reliability

In this role you provide world-class technical support for delivered products and influence product maturity across the lifecycle. You model reliability, deterioration and costs to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions, especially during new product introduction via FRACAS. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure Design Intent, safety, and regulatory compliance while enabling service validation and ongoing improvements. This role offers meaningful impact through reliability-focused engineering within a service context.

• Investigate reliability and operational issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor fleet and component performance using data analysis to forecast reliability and risk
• Support continuous product improvement through reliability management and service feedback
• Develop and maintain lifecycle performance models to support optimization and validation activities
• Identify requirements for new Health Monitoring System or capability
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and business requirements
• Support knowledge management, best practice sharing, and lessons learned across programmes

• Degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Good understanding of engine systems; engine controls knowledge is beneficial
• Experience in technical problem-solving, reliability engineering, or lifecycle management
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer focus, communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership
