Life Cycle Product Manager – m/f/d

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic key account focused on series-product-related topics.
• Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Drive CAPAs, complaints, deviations, as well as LCM and change projects in close collaboration with Quality Management and Development.
• Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and internal departments.
• Act as interface between the key account, internal departments and suppliers and ensure implementation.

Requirements

• Technical or scientific degree, e.g., Medical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design or Biotechnology.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology (MedTech) or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in an LCM environment.
• Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically related products is an advantage.
