Life Cycle Product Manager

• Manage a strategic key account for series-product-related matters


• Coordinate and handle customer inquiries, including effort, cost and time estimates, in agreement with internal departments


• Manage CAPAs, complaints, deviations as well as LCM and change projects in close cooperation with Quality Management and Development


• Independently lead projects such as aging studies, material changes, or lifetime extensions, including coordination with laboratories and specialist departments


• Act as interface manager between the key account, internal departments and suppliers, ensuring implementation

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or scientific field, e.g., Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Technical Product Design, or Biotechnology


• At least 2 years of professional experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry


• Experience in technical project or customer management, ideally in a lifecycle management (LCM) environment


• Knowledge of injection molding or mechanically-related products is an advantage
