New Business Director – Life Sciences | Germany | €155,000 + Uncapped Double OTE

I’m working with a global digital engineering and consulting business looking to strengthen its Life Sciences presence in Germany.

This is a genuine new business role for someone who knows the German pharma and healthcare market, understands how to engage senior decision-makers, and has a track record of winning new clients.

The business works with organisations across digital engineering, cloud, data, AI and software development, helping them solve complex business and technology challenges. This is not a body-shopping sales role — the focus is on building strategic relationships and winning high-value consulting and technology engagements.

What you'll be doing:

• Winning new logos across the German Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare markets.
• Building relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Developing opportunities across digital transformation, AI, data & analytics, cloud, software engineering and digital platforms.
• Creating and executing a targeted go-to-market strategy to grow the client portfolio.
• Working closely with consulting and technology teams to shape propositions and close complex deals.

What they're looking for:

• A proven track record in new business development within IT services, digital consulting or technology consulting.
• An established network across German pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or healthcare organisations.
• Experience winning new logos and selling complex consulting or technology engagements.
• The commercial drive to build a pipeline, open doors and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
