Lifecycle Marketing Lead (Luxury Fashion) (Fully Remote)

• Own customer loyalty, retention, and re-engagement across all owned channels.
• Drive repeat purchase rate and re-activate lapsed customers to improve long-term economics.
• Prove email incrementality with holdouts, not just last-click attribution.

What You'll Do:

• Run email program in Klaviyo, including flows for welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and winback.
• Relaunch loyalty program end-to-end, from positioning to build to measurement.
• Personalize marketing campaigns and on-site experience using browsing behavior and purchase history.
