Work Hours and Pay

Hourly gross pay ranges from 15 to 18 € based on experience, language skills, and driving licence. Shift allowances, holiday pay, and a 13th monthly income are added. Salary is paid by the 15th of the following month.

Weekly hours: 40 hours (5–6 days per week). Day shifts 07:00–17:00, early shifts 06:00–14:00, late shifts 14:00–22:00.

Overtime opportunities are available after consultation with the supervisor. Advance payment options can be arranged.

Accommodation

Accommodation fees: 300 € for a double room, 400 € for a single room. Payment is due after the first month’s salary; subsequent balances are paid in advance.

Responsibilities

Reconstruction, inspection, and construction work
Repair work and adjustment of mechanical components
Maintenance, testing, and repair work on asphalt mixing plants and construction machinery, including troubleshooting
Support in the assembly and disassembly of large assemblies (crane use)
Coordination and agreements with other trades
Strong safety awareness and participation in maintenance team safety work
Internal procurement of storage and consumables
Temporary outdoor work and work in confined plant areas

Qualifications

Vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, company fitter, industrial mechanic, metal worker, or a comparable qualification (career changers from the electrical industry are welcome)
Professional experience in industry or plant construction desirable
Welding knowledge is an advantage
Computer knowledge
Responsible and careful use of high‑quality technology
