About the role

Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day logistics operations by coordinating transport, warehousing, and order-related activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and logistics service providers.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities (inbound and outbound shipments)
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery (OTIF)
• Act as point of contact for logistics service providers (3PL, carriers)
• Support warehouse operations and ensure correct handling of goods
• Identify and resolve delivery issues and exceptions in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Planning, and external partners to ensure smooth order execution
• Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation
• Maintain and update logistics data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, OTM)
• Support customs-related processes and documentation where required
• Monitor logistics KPIs and provide basic reporting (e.g. delivery performance, lead times)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational logistics processes

The experience we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service environment
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Basic experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• German: Fluent
