Our cooperation with the local university TNT / Leibniz University assures that we are always up to date with the latest machine learning technologies.

Your Role on Board

• Work hand in hand with a cross-functional team of product management, software engineers and scientists from University of Hannover
• Design, prototype and refine algorithms & data and ML-driven features
• Translating business requirements to bot specific journeys / workflows
• Be responsible and take ownership of our conversational service solutions using voicebot and related integrations
• Developing and implementing ML models and features, as well as using third party APIs and pre-trained models when appropriate
• Contributing to the full life cycle of ML/data models: data analysis, data preprocessing and pipeline, modelling, tuning and deployment
• Improving the scalability, speed and performance of existing models
• Designing and creating new data workflows and deploying these workflows to users
• Sharing and articulating statistical analysis, modelling, experiment and results to technical and non-technical audiences
• In a scalable manner, integrate the ML and AI technologies which have a high impact into our process
• Staying up to date on the latest research, best practices and evangelizing their adoption within the company

Your Profile on Board

• MSc or PhD in a quantitative field such as Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or 4 years of experience in the field
• Strong foundation in software engineering best practices which enable building world class products, including architecture design principles, coding standards, testing and continuous integration / deployment
• Highly proficient in a scripting or computing language (e.g. Python, TensorFlow, Scala, C++ or similar)
• Experience in NLP, NLTK, Spicy and other libraries is a plus
• Experience in creating chatbot / virtual assistant applications is a plus
• Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
• Team player who is responsible, organized, and goal-oriented
• Knowledge of implementing end to end projects
• Proven track record developing services with AI - / ETL - / Big Data - technologies, machine learning
• Use of modern Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/AWS) to solve problems efficiently
• Good knowledge in modern recommendation concepts

Fluent communication in English is a must
