• Active participation in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks
• Scheduling and assigning specific tasks to employees
• Ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out efficiently and on schedule
• Providing technical support to the team in the event of technical issues and malfunctions
• Participating in optimization and improvement projects for machinery and equipment
• Continuously improving maintenance processes

What you bring to the table

• Completed technical training, ideally with further training leading to a master craftsman/technician certification or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in maintenance
• Strong technical understanding and broad technical expertise
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
