Location: Remote (Initial Hybrid Period)

Take the lead in financial processes for a growing,international business.

What You’ll Do:

• Own monthly management accounts (P&L,balance sheet, cash flow) for German entities.
• Provide analysis and commentary on financialperformance.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations andimplement financial controls.
• Identify ways to improve profitability andefficiency.
• Manage and develop the German Bookkeeper.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholdersin Germany and the UK.
• Design and implement new financial processesin a growing environment.
• Support the implementation of new financialsystems.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• CIMA/ACCA qualified or finalist preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with excellentattention to detail.
• Organised, calm under pressure, anddeadline-focused.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach.
