Manager, Client Delivery

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of technical consultants and business analysts to manage consulting clients and technical projects
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Implementing life reinsurance solutions and services to clients
• Overseeing the accurate collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for client projects
• Providing training in the use of the TAI system and reinsurance processes

Requirements

• 8+ years overall insurance experience
• Proven knowledge of life insurance and annuity accounting concepts
• 7+ years of experience in a senior life insurance or reinsurance role
• 5+ years of management experience
• University degree in computer science, actuarial science, finance, or accounting - Preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint - Required
• Effective gap-analysis and report writing skills - Required
• Proven track record of understanding client expectations
• Ability to lead a team of consultants and business analyst
