As Group Leader ELV & LSS you will steer a skilled team delivering electrical low voltage, security and building automation projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to implement innovative ELV & LSS solutions while ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on project planning and budget/resource management, contributing to broader technical standards and best practices. You will drive collaboration and knowledge sharing to enable scalable, safe, and future‑proof systems.

• Lead and develop a team of ELV & LSS engineers
• Plan, implement and oversee ELV & LSS projects
• Ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements across projects
• Collaborate with specialist departments and external partners to optimise processes
• Implement innovative ELV & LSS technologies and solutions
• Manage budgets and resources for projects and the group
• Support development of technical standards and best practices
• Promote open communication and knowledge sharing within the team

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation or information technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in ELV and LSS
• Experience in leading and developing teams in an engineering context
• Solid knowledge of planning, implementation and maintenance of electrical safety and building automation systems
• Strong command of relevant norms, standards and regulations
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Strategic thinking and hands‑on mindset for solving complex technical challenges
• Very good German, good English
