Manager Engineering - Innovation & Industrialization (d/f/m)

In this role you serve as the central engineering liaison for global innovation projects, shaping manufacturability and industrialization from concept to scale-up. You collaborate with Global Innovation, R&D, and regional teams to assess feasibility, transfer technologies to manufacturing, and align engineering strategies. You drive core manufacturing platforms into projects and mitigate industrialization risks early. • Act as the engineering interface for global innovation projects and collaborate with Global Innovation and R&D teams
• Assess technical feasibility, scalability, and industrial requirements across project phases
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence and regional teams to align engineering strategies
• Drive integration of core Manufacturing Technology Platforms (cMTP) into projects for standardized manufacturing
• Identify industrialization risks early and define mitigation strategies from concept to scale-up
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and network readiness
• Support structured project execution using stage-gate methodologies and promote reuse of proven technologies across regions and product categories

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline
• >5 years of experience in engineering, industrialization, manufacturing, or innovation in FMCG or similar production environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, especially liquids and/or solids production, plus scale-up and NPI
• Experience in international, cross-functional matrix organizations with project and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluent English, willingness to travel internationally (~25%), and ability to influence stakeholders through structured, solution-oriented, collaborative approach
