Manager, FP&A – AI Enablement

Lead the strategy, testing, and scaling of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity tools across Finance and FP&A
Identify, prioritize, test, and deploy AI use cases that reduce manual effort in finance
Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows for monthly close narratives, board reporting packages, and quarterly business reviews
Partner with Global IT, data science, and finance stakeholders to translate technical concepts into production-ready business solutions
Establish standards and guardrails for responsible AI use, including data security, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop accuracy validation
Train finance users on AI-enabled processes, foster internal AI literacy, and monitor performance outcomes
Ensure AI tools remain compatible with SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, and enterprise data lakes

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science required
7+ years of combined experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems administration, or digital transformation
Hands-on experience deploying AI, machine learning, or RPA tooling in a business or finance context
Familiarity with ERP/planning systems including SAP, Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, or Workday
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms
Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical financial leaders
Proven project management and change-leadership capabilities
Master’s Degree or CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
