Manager Group Accounting

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for multiple entities
• Advise and support the entities under your responsibility on accounting-related matters
• Support the assessment and implementation of complex accounting issues
• Contribute to tax reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax deadlines and fulfil all relevant reporting and filing obligations
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Additional qualification as a tax advisor or auditor (e.g. Steuerberater or Wirtschaftsprüfer) is a plus
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• Solid knowledge in preparing individual (standalone) financial statements
• Initial experience in consolidation is an advantage
• Regular handling of accounting and tax law matters
• Strong communication skills in German and English
