Manager of Real Estate – Capital Projects

Manage smaller projects independently across the entire project lifecycle — from planning through to successful completion.

Support senior leadership on larger and more complex real estate and construction projects.

Monitor project budgets, schedules and cost developments, and identify and track potential variances.

Coordinate and manage all project documentation, including contracts, procurement documents, permits, schedules and reports.

Support tendering and procurement processes, including preparing RFPs, evaluating bids and coordinating vendors/service providers.

Collaborate with external project stakeholders such as project managers, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

Professional experience in corporate real estate, project management or construction

Experience implementing or supporting office fit-out, renovation or capital investment projects

Ideally experience in an international corporate environment or in a professional services firm

A university degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field

Good knowledge of planning and construction processes and common project delivery methods

A proactive mindset with the ability to identify requirements early and anticipate and address potential challenges
