Real Estate Advisor, Investment / Capital

• Offer tailored investment advice to individual clients in the area of real estate investments


• Analyze attractive energy-efficient real estate projects with high return potential and assist in their selection


• Support high-income clients in understanding and maximizing the benefits of new tax depreciation rules and KfW funding programs


• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and investment updates


• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and financial forecasts using accurate tools and technology


• Turn real estate investments into "turnkey" investment opportunities for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Real Estate, Tax Law, Banking, or a related field


• Two or more years of experience in real estate, finance, mortgage lending, or a closely related advisory role


• Solid understanding of real estate investments and their tax implications


• Willingness and ability to broaden knowledge and understand clients’ needs and challenges


• Strong affinity for financial solutions


• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills


• Fluency in German and English


• Experience in client development and portfolio management


• Hands-on mentality, passion, and attention to detail
