Manager, Procurement Operations – Espoo, Finland (Permanent)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced procurement leader to head our Procurement Operations team. In this role you will drive the delivery and continuous improvement of sourcing processes from a system and operations perspective, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and efficient RFx facilitation and contract implementation. You will further lead the digital transformation of our RFx processes and manage key performance indicators, tools and stakeholder relationships to deliver seamless, value‑adding services.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Procurement Operations team, ensuring proper resourcing and coaching to meet plans and KPIs.
Oversee high‑quality, compliant RFx facilitation, sourcing and contract implementation using defined ordering channels.
Ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Drive development projects, presenting service delivery vision, status, opportunities and challenges to leadership.
Develop and maintain process instructions and templates to streamline operations.
Manage and further develop SAP Ariba usage for sourcing, contracting and supplier collaboration, owning templates and system‑driven ways of working.
Promote and expand adoption of digital sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba to improve sourcing efficiency, transparency and user experience.
Collaborate across stakeholder and category teams to guarantee seamless delivery and to contribute to improvement projects based on S2P process insights.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Deep experience in RFx processes and competitive sourcing activities.
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end S2P process.
Academic degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in quantitative and data analysis.
Experience with SAP Ariba or a comparable procurement platform.
Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead change, engage and motivate teams.
