You will support alignment with regional regulatory requirements and market-specific expectations across relevant jurisdictions.
You will help establish and maintain structures for AI risk classification, decision-making, and review processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act and relevant industry standards.
You will contribute to preparing for and conducting discussions on AI-related risk appetite to support alignment on risk limits and trade-offs between innovation, speed, and compliance.
As part of the AI office, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product, legal, compliance, and risk functions, fostering alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will support cross-functional collaboration and help ensure that Responsible AI principles are applied consistently across all AI initiatives.
By translating Responsible AI principles into actionable steps, you will support the development of tools, playbooks, and minimum-compliance packages that enable a scalable "shift-left" approach, integrating Responsible AI early into development processes.
You will help design and implement standardized AI risk and impact assessment frameworks and support the integration of Responsible AI across the full AI lifecycle—from intake and use-case design through development, deployment, and monitoring.
By proactively identifying and managing ethical, societal, and operational AI risks, you will help strengthen organizational resilience and trust in AI systems.
You will support the implementation of controls and monitoring mechanisms to address fairness, transparency, robustness, and bias, and contribute to internal and external audits and reviews.
You will support the development and delivery of training and awareness initiatives to build organizational capabilities around Responsible AI.

You may also support participation in external forums and working groups.
