Manager, Social Strategy & Community (Fully Remote)

• Lead the day-to-day evolution of Chomps' social presence, translating brand strategy into platform-native content and meaningful community engagement.
• Combine deep understanding of social platforms and internet culture with strong marketing instincts to ensure channels participate in culture authentically.
• Work closely with the Director of Social & Influencer to identify emerging opportunities and translate performance insights into smarter strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the social ecosystem, balancing proactive planning with timely cultural participation.
• Develop community strategy, establish best practices for engagement, and turn insights into content ideas.
• Own social performance, using analytics and testing to improve engagement and efficiency.

Who You Are:

• 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy, content, or community management, preferably in CPG or consumer brands.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, internet culture, and strong editorial judgment.
• Strategic thinker who balances execution with long-term opportunities and uses data to improve performance.
