Manager Supplier Brand Activation (f/m/x) fixed-term 12 months

The Brand Marketing team shapes how Douglas brings supplier brands to life across every customer touchpoint – from activation strategy to campaign execution. Together, the team turns brand ideas into consistent, recognizable experiences across markets and channels.

We are looking for a motivated addition to the team who enjoys translating marketing plans into real campaigns and wants to help build a consistent brand experience for Douglas customers. TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Shape and implement brand activation strategies that engage consumers and strengthen brand visibility across the omni-channel journey
• Lead the annual marketing plan and translate our brand strategy into impactful campaigns and activations
• Identify and develop partnerships, sponsorships and experiential marketing opportunities that expand our brand reach
• Take ownership of campaign KPIs, evaluate performance across channels and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Social Media, Trade Marketing, Creative and other teams to create integrated brand experiences
• Manage campaigns across channels and markets, ensuring consistent execution and brand expression at every consumer touchpoint
• Take ownership of budgets, timelines and resources to deliver projects efficiently and successfully

Your Skills

• Relevant experience in brand activation, brand management, campaign management or omni-channel marketing
• Experience in developing marketing plans and managing campaign KPIs
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate several campaigns or brands at the same time
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into action
• Collaborative and confident communication across functions and stakeholder levels
• A structured and solution-oriented approach, even when priorities change
• Creative curiosity and a passion for developing memorable brand experiences
• Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages considered an advantage
