Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and implement compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable pay.
Lead and further develop a small team.
Build and enhance a job‑grading / job evaluation system.
Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements and works agreements.
Conduct ongoing market studies / benchmarking and analyze internal data, perform gap analyses and identify trends.
Initiate and lead projects, e.g., standardization, introduction or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems).

Requirements

Several years of professional experience, including some leadership experience.
Experience with job‑grading / job evaluation systems.
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, works agreements, and compensation and bonus models.
Experience with HR systems / tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel, Power BI), and preferably salary‑benchmarking tools.
Ability to engage, align and influence stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
