  • Significant (8+ years) hands‑on project management experience in a web or digital context, using primarily Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), including projects of varied size and complexity
  • Proven experience with web content management systems and large, complex websites, ideally in a multi‑stakeholder environment
  • A recognised project management qualification relevant to the digital field, such as Certified Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Product Owner or equivalent, is preferred

AI / GenAI and Digital Transformation Capabilities

  • Solid, hands‑on experience applying Generative AI tools in a professional context (e.g., for content generation, image/video creation, summarisation, research support, analytics or automation)
  • Familiarity with leading GenAI platforms and ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Claude and comparable tools), and the ability to evaluate which tools are appropriate for specific business needs
  • Experience working with or managing AI/technology agencies or vendors on AI‑related projects (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, intelligent search, AI‑enhanced analytics or marketing automation)
  • Practical experience using Adobe tools, esp. CMS and their AI features, or the ability to collaborate closely with creative teams that use them
  • Good understanding of data privacy, information security and ethical considerations in AI usage, particularly in a higher education context

Soft Skills and Other Attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to translate technical and AI‑related concepts into clear, everyday language for non‑technical stakeholders; fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, manage expectations and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable and curious, with a strong interest in staying current with digital and AI developments
  • Immediate availability would be highly preferred
