Managing Partner - Gartner Consulting (Public Sector)

In this role you join Gartner’s Strategy Consulting team to help public sector clients in Germany navigate digital transformation. You will provide technology foresight, market intelligence, and strategic planning for senior IT leadership, shaping roadmaps, operating models, governance, and data-driven decision making. You’ll work on high-impact engagements with tier-one clients, enhancing IT cost efficiency and innovation while supporting sales pursuits. • Provide guidance to CEOs and senior IT executives on roadmaps, operating models, and governance
• Deliver technology foresight and market intelligence to inform decision making
• Lead strategic IT engagements focused on digital transformation and cost optimization
• Contribute to sales pursuits and proposal writing for large client opportunities

• Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
• Excellent understanding of the Public Sector in Germany
• Experience in CIO Advisory Services, Digital Transformation, Technology and IT Strategy, Sourcing and Contract Optimisation, Strategic Transformation
• Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles
• Experience in leading IT strategy engagements and contributing to sales pursuits and proposals
• MBA qualification desirable
