ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Branding person to join our growing team and help design, and deploy a robust brand and communication strategy for our deeptech company. You will lead and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives and PR campaigns to position Sphere as the leading European AI for Engineering player. This includes working hands-on with cross-functional content pipelines, design frameworks, and communications to establish a recognizable, sharp "language" across all external touchpoints - corporate initiatives as well as digital products. This role demands B2B deep-tech marketing skills, storytelling curiosity and business understanding: from translating complex technical offerings into powerful narratives for decision-makers, to updating the look and feel of our software product portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a bold, visionary, and sharp brand identity , establishing a cohesive and recognizable "language" across all communications, initiatives, and digital touchpoints.
• Articulate how Sphere’s offerings fundamentally disrupt traditional workflows , translating the impact and power of our newest technology paired with internal company data.
• Further position Sphere as the category-defining player in AI for Engineering , establishing clear authority among industrial decision-makers, from automotive OEMs to innovative SMEs.
• Own and execute end-to-end PR campaigns, media relations, and thought-leadership strategies , bridging the gap between technical capabilities and commercial relevance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, to advise on UI/UX enhancements, ensuring our products visually mirror our brand identity.

Qualifikation

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with extensive experience in building deep-tech or enterprise-scale B2B brands.
• Track record in B2B deep-tech marketing, demonstrating an elite capability to grasp highly complex topics and translate them into clear, bold narratives.
• Deep strategic expertise across marketing domains, specifically within content strategy, corporate positioning, and executive communications.
• Advanced proficiency in orchestrating visual asset pipelines, and brand governance models, with a sharp eye for aesthetic excellence and premium look and feel.
• Expert at balancing critical communication tradeoffs, including messaging complexity, media reach, brand authority, and customer conversion.
