Your tasks as Marketing Campaign & Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As Marketing Campaign & Operations Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of strategic marketing and sales campaigns across 15 European countries. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics & Sales Campaigns, you ensure campaign success through structured planning, operational excellence, and precise performance tracking. In this role, you act as a central hub, collaborating closely with teams in Analytics, Marketing Automation, Sales, Product Marketing, and regional units.

Your role with us as Marketing Campaign & Operations Manager (m/f/d)

• Planning, coordinating, and executing strategic marketing and sales campaigns across multiple European markets
• Developing detailed campaign implementation plans, timelines, and project schedules to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinating campaign activities across regional marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Supporting campaign execution within Salesforce MCAE (Pardot), including audience selection, campaign setup, testing, and quality assurance
• Monitoring campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and coordinating post-campaign reviews to drive continuous improvement
• Managing project documentation, facilitating meetings, and ensuring transparent communication and status reporting across all stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant professional experience in Marketing Campaign Management, Operations, or a comparable field is essential
• Experience in project management, including campaign coordination, stakeholder alignment, briefing, and follow-up activities
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) including campaign setup, audience segmentation and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, and customer journey management
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Proficiency in reporting tools: Excel and Power BI
