Marketing Communications Specialist

As Marketing Communications Specialist, you drive the marketing push for Nordson’s European region by supporting product launches, developing campaigns, and collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering. You will be the Germany-focused marketing resource, contributing to regional and global initiatives within an international team. You help translate technical offerings into compelling market messages and enable commercial success across Europe. • Lead and support Global product launch initiatives
• Manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance tracking
• Create and coordinate customer-facing marketing content and campaign materials
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to support commercialization activities
• Support trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and campaign performance

• Fluent German and English
• Experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or product marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently own and deliver projects
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, online advertising, and campaign measurement
• Experience working with technical, industrial, or B2B products
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders
