About the Role:

• Remote contract from August to October 2026.
• Average 10-15 hours/week, 30-40 hours for two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end conference management for 3-4 events.
• Execute customer conference and cocktail party in Denver.
• Upward project management and vendor/budget ownership.

Requirements:

• 2+ years B2B event planning experience.
• Exceptional organizational and proactive management skills.
• Available for remote work and on-site travel to Denver.
