Vertiv

Marketing Field Specialist

Stellenbeschreibung:

The Role

This is marketing where it matters most, in the field, face‑to‑face, and directly tied to revenue. As our EMEA Field Marketing Specialist, you'll be the engine behind flawless event delivery, razor‑sharp lead management, and brand‑perfect execution across the region.

You won't just plan marketing, you'll make it happen. From the buzz of a packed trade show floor to the precision of a perfectly routed lead hitting Sales at exactly the right moment. You will own the execution that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline. You'll be the trusted day‑to‑day marketing partner for field sales teams, ensuring every activation, campaign, and touchpoint is delivered with the quality and consistency that builds real commercial momentum.

What You'll Own

Event Execution & Lead Conversion

Run the full operational playbook for marketing events, trade shows, and field activations end‑to‑end. Then own the critical handoff, ensuring every lead is accurately captured, CRM‑routed, qualified, and delivered to Sales with zero pipeline leakage. Go beyond attendance numbers by analyzing engagement depth, lead quality, and conversion potential to prove what's actually working.

Pipeline & Demand Generation

Connect the dots between activity and impact. Track marketing‑sourced pipeline contribution, monitor channel metrics (CTR, opens, engagement, brand mentions), and report on the commercial value of every initiative using Power BI, Oracle Analytics, and marketing automation platforms daily.

Brand, Content & Communications

Be the guardian of the brand. Enforce global guidelines across all outputs, agency‑produced, partner‑generated, or internal, while ensuring every piece of messaging aligns with the broader GTM strategy and commercial objectives. Develop compelling customer case studies with Sales, and manage local social media that balances global consistency with local relevance.

Sales Alignment & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the go‑to marketing contact for field sales teams, aligning on priorities, event participation, and campaign execution. Brief agencies with clarity and hold the line on timelines and quality. Strengthen Vertiv’s presence in the local industry ecosystem through meaningful community engagement and connections.

Data Governance & Accountability

Ensure all data handling, lead capture, and communications comply with privacy regulations. Track KPIs consistently, maintain data accuracy, and share performance openly reinforcing a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–4 years in marketing execution, field marketing, or a marketing coordinator role. Demonstrated experience managing event logistics and post‑event lead processes. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot). Excellent written and verbal English; additional regional languages are a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies: End‑to‑end event delivery and logistics management. Lead management mastery, CRM routing, qualification, and follow‑up frameworks. Brand enforcement with a keen eye for visual and messaging consistency. Social media content development and performance monitoring across B2B platforms. Clear, compelling copywriting for case studies, sales enablement, and event collateral. Cross‑functional collaboration with sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Marketing analytics and pipeline reporting. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
