What You’ll Do

• Drive Marketing & Business Growth
  • Execute marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Support pipeline growth through outbound campaigns, targeted outreach, and lead generation.
  • Identify target industries and markets that align with company growth goals.
  • Help generate inbound opportunities through consistent marketing efforts.
• Build Our Brand
  • Manage company social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content highlighting company updates, hiring success, and client outcomes.
  • Monitor engagement and maintain a consistent online presence.
• Support Sales & Client Outreach
  • Launch outbound email and messaging campaigns.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct first-touch discovery calls with prospective U.S.-based clients.
  • Communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
• Create Marketing Assets
  • Develop presentations, one-pagers, branded collateral, and business development materials.
  • Assist with basic video editing, content formatting, and branding initiatives.
  • Help ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with leadership and internal teams to support company growth initiatives.
  • Gather success stories, updates, and content that strengthen our marketing efforts.

What You Bring

• Experience in marketing, social media management, lead generation, outbound marketing, or business development.
• Proven success growing audiences, increasing engagement, generating leads, or supporting sales efforts.
• Ability to showcase measurable marketing results, campaigns, or content performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with U.S.-based business owners and prospects.
• Experience creating content across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management and outbound email marketing.
• Basic video editing and content formatting skills are a plus.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
