Strategic Marketing Project Coordinator – AI

This role is 100% remote and reports to the Marketing Communications Manager on the Strategic Marketing Team. The coordinator will plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on AI, working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives focused on AI.
• Identify efficiencies that improve speed to market and streamline processes across teams.
• Help streamline processes and ways of working to enable more effective program execution.
• Track and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment and visibility across stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evaluation and use of tools, including AI‑driven solutions, to enhance marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working cross‑functionally and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and their applications in marketing.
