Job Profile Marketing Intern JOIN OUR TEAM FOR AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (40 HOURS PER WEEK) IMPORTANT: You need to be enrolled in a study program during the duration of the internship! Starting in Aug 2026 for 3-4 months Position Overview Marketing Intern Join our vibrant team at DHL Global Forwarding & Freight, where you will support our global marketing initiatives by contributing to market research, campaign coordination, content activities, and reporting. We are looking for a proactive and creative individual with strong organizational skills and an interest in how marketing drives brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial success. In this role, you will help advance our mission of Connecting People. Improving Lives. by strengthening our marketing activities across channels. Your Tasks Market Research & Competitor Analysis Assist with gathering market insights, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks to support strategic decisionmaking and strengthen our positioning. Social Media & Content Coordination Support the planning, organization, and scheduling of social media content, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution across channels. CRM Maintenance & Basic Reporting Provide administrative support for updating customer data in the CRM system and assist with preparing simple reports and dashboards used to track marketing performance. Campaign Execution & Outreach Support Help coordinate the rollout of marketing campaigns, including email outreach, stakeholder communication, and logistical support for internal and external initiatives. Preparation of Presentations & Proposals Support the marketing team in creating clear, visually appealing presentations, proposals, and communication materials for internal and external audiences. Your Profile You must be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program during the entire internship period. Interest in marketing, communications, digital content, or customer engagement. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of marketing tools, CRM systems, or analytics is a plus. Strong skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
