By turning time-draining manual tasks into data-driven workflows, their platform reduces regulatory overhead, accelerates time to market, and frees teams to focus on what they do best — build great products.

This is a unique opportunity! Our client has grown from €0 to €2mio ARR in <9 months ! The goal is €5mio by end of year and €20mio end of next year. They just closed a €20mio Series A round!

About the role - what will you do here?

• You're the first marketing hire, ready to build
• Focus on 1,500 accounts: Tier 1 (80), Tier 2 (350)
• Marketing budget for 2027 is €1.3mio!

About you - what experience do you bring?

• You're in Berlin, open to 3-4 days p/w in office
• 5+ years marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven success in early stage environments
• Enterprise SaaS and ABM experience

The salary package is €120-150k OTE + equity.
