Marketing Manager – All-Rounder with Drive

• Further develop our brand
• Plan, manage and grow social media channels on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Create creative video, image and written content for social media, the website and marketing campaigns
• Produce and edit videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects or comparable tools
• Design social media posts, promotional materials and website elements
• Write social media copy, ads, blog articles and newsletters
• Support trade shows and offline events with content production and live coverage
• Assist with strategic management of ads and organic content to generate leads and optimize campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Skills in video and image editing, especially Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Canva
• Creative mindset and a good sense for trends in the digital world
• Experience in copywriting and the ability to craft engaging, audience-appropriate copy
• Independent, organized working style
• Based in Berlin or Hamburg
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
