Marketing Manager Industry (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Industrial Marketing team - at the earliest possible date

Your future field of activity

You will be responsible for the strategic development and positioning of the business in defined market segments.

You will design and manage our product, service, and solution portfolio , develop customer-focused concepts, and ensure competitive market and pricing positioning.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing effective marketing and lead generation initiatives to sustainably strengthen our market presence.

Building and maintaining strategic customer and partner relationships are just as much a part of your responsibilities as analyzing customer requirements, developing suitable solutions, and supporting product launches.

You will initiate and manage development and innovation projects through to market launch, be responsible for budget planning, and work closely with sales, engineering, and the supply chain.

What we are looking for

You hold a college degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, or a comparable field.

You have at least five years of professional experience in technical sales , business development, or marketing —ideally in the relevant market segment—as well as a proven track record of success in business development and expanding market potential.

Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking , a solid understanding of market, customer, and technology trends, and a keen sense of customer value and unique selling propositions (USPs) are among your strengths.

You have business-level proficiency in German and English (at least C1 level) as well as very good MS Office and IT skills.

You are willing and able to quickly acquire expertise in carbon fibers as well as thermoset and thermoplastic downstream products .

You are characterized by a structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work , as well as strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

A willingness to travel internationally frequently and a Class B driver’s license round out your profile.
