Marketing Manager (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communications activities in Germany. This is a senior, business-oriented role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and understands how marketing supports leasing, brand positioning and business growth. Working closely with the German team, you will drive local marketing initiatives, strengthen the HB Reavis brand, and support the successful positioning of our current portfolio and future developments. This position is offered on a part‑time basis with a workload of 50% of a full‑time equivalent. The distribution of working hours can be arranged flexibly in line with business needs.

Corporate Marketing & Communications

• Leading and executing the local marketing and communications strategy for Germany in alignment with business priorities and Group Marketing.
• Overseeing all external communications, working closely with the local PR agency to deliver consistent corporate and project communications.
• Acting as the primary marketing business partner for the German team, ensuring marketing activities effectively support commercial objectives.
• Managing local marketing budgets, KPIs.
• Managing and continuously updating German-language digital channels.
• Ensuring consistent implementation of the HB Reavis brand across all local marketing activities.

Project Marketing & Leasing Support

• Leading the marketing strategy for future developments, from early positioning and branding through to market launch.
• Coordinating the development of project brands, messaging, visual identity and go‑to‑market activities in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Developing and executing marketing initiatives supporting pre‑leasing and leasing activities.
• Overseeing the creation of marketing materials including project websites, leasing presentations, brochures, and other client‑facing content.
• Supporting the visibility and positioning of development projects through integrated marketing and communications activities.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Managing relationships with external PR agency and marketing suppliers, ensuring high‑quality delivery and effective budget management.
• Collaborating closely with Leasing, Asset Management, Development team to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities.
• Supporting additional business initiatives requiring marketing or communications expertise.
• Identifying opportunities to create compelling client and tenant stories, case studies and thought leadership content that strengthen the company’s market position.

Do you meet these criteria? You're already a strong candidate!

• Higher education or a university degree in marketing management.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience developing and delivering strategic marketing plans that support commercial objectives.
• Experience in managing branding, positioning and marketing campaigns for real estate developments or comparable B2B projects is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external agencies with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken).
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable working independently in a part time role of 50%.
